OHIO Business Service Center 2024 Annual Report now available

The OHIO Business Service Center’s annual report is now available. The report highlights achievements in process improvement and customer service, shares partner insights and provides metrics on how the center is doing.

“2024 has been a great year for the service center,” states Heather Krugman, executive director of the Business Service Center. “We’ve increased service levels to our customers, continued to improve processes and were awarded by our peers as having one of the Best Business Practices in Higher Education.”

Goals for 2025 include the identification of benchmarking peers, additional process improvements and continued high customer satisfaction ratings.
