New HR benefits support platform launches for OHIO employees
Beginning on March 24, 2025, OHIO employees will receive benefits assistance through TeamDynamix (TDX). Employees seeking HR Benefits assistance will continue to submit benefits questions using the benefits@ohio.edu email account, and their inquiries will automatically convert to a service request.
This platform enables University Human Resources (UHR) to better understand and address employee needs and benefits requests.
When employees submit benefits requests, they will receive email updates from the TDX platform (uhrticketing@ohio.edu), providing details regarding status changes, responses, and/or progress updates. Employees can reply to the email in order to respond to questions and/or add additional information regarding the service request.
TDX enables OHIO employees to view the status of their assistance requests in real-time; to know where their requests are in the process and receive real-time updates. Employees can view their submitted requests via View My HR Assistance Requests (opens in a new window). Links to the full history of a request can also be found in the footer of every email response from TDX for a request.

Be on the lookout for continued updates as UHR begins the transition to TeamDynamix (TDX). This change will initially focus on benefits assistance, with future phases including Employee Service Center (general HR assistance), payroll, and compensation.
