OHIO IT Impact Report

Over the past year, we have undertaken essential changes to enhance our collaborative approach. We have adopted a new structure and approach to make sure we can be the technology partner OHIO needs to deliver the most valuable university education in Ohio, and lead as one of the most valued public universities in the nation.

From the CIO

Over the past year, we have re-organized into a product structure, with a member of the IT leadership team accountable for each product portfolio. Each portfolio is resourced with people and budget and charged to prioritize work based on the university’s most important priorities. Product teams within the portfolios are empowered and encouraged to use agile and inclusive ways of working that prioritize trust, collaboration, and rapid delivery of value.

As we move into the 2024-2025 academic year, we have a strong focus on measuring and reporting on the impact on the OHIO experience for all IT products, initiatives, and investments. We hope you enjoy learning more about what we do, why we do it, and how integral our partnerships with OHIO students, faculty, and staff are to our collective success.
