Participate in a Student Well-being Survey and Earn a Chance to Win One of Over FORTY Gift Cards to Bobcat Depot!

Dear Student,

All OHIO students are being invited to participate in the ACHA Well-Being Assessment sponsored and distributed by the American College Health Association (ACHA). The ACHA Well-Being Survey is designed to assess student well-being and assist Ohio University in developing services, programs, and policies aimed at improving the well-being of the entire campus community.

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes and all students who submit a survey will be automatically entered in random drawings for one of FORTY (40) gift cards to the Bobcat Depot! Drawings will be held at the end of each week of the 3-week survey, so the earlier you complete the survey the more opportunity to win*:

Week 1 Drawing: 2 - $500 Bobcat Depot Gift Cards
Week 2 Drawing: 10 - $250 Bobcat Depot Gift Cards
Final Drawing: 30 - $100 Bobcat Depot Gift Cards

*Note: All or part of the prizes maybe considered taxable income and will be reported in accordance with IRS regulations. A W-9 will be required to claim your prize.
