Responsibilities

The IAC has three primary responsibilities:

  • Advise on Priorities

The IAC will help validate or challenge plan prioritization and investments designed by the Executive Leadership Teams and actively call out strategies or actions that may not be getting the attention they need.

  • Assess Progress

The IAC will receive biannual updates and will help assess progress against our defined metrics. This group will hold the ELTs accountable for moving those metrics forward.

  • Champion the Strategy

The IAC will be champions of the Dynamic Strategy and its implementation, including sharing that progress with colleagues across campus and bringing forward ideas that will help ensure the strategy’s ultimate success.
