Marsha Lewis
Senior Executive in Residence
Marsha Lewis is a Senior Executive in Residence at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. She leads and supports mixed-methods research projects in public health and education. She serves on Ohio University’s interdisciplinary research team implementing Ohio’s Medicaid Technical Assistance & Policy Program (MedTAPP) through a partnership with the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center. She holds a Ph.D. in educational research and evaluation with concentrations in statistical analysis and psychometrics.
