Reservations
Contact the Inn at (740) 593–6661 and make sure to ask for “State of the Region" to get the group discount of $129.00 per room, per night + taxes, or reserve online using the group code 5850082:
Reservations must be made prior to Sunday, April 12, 2026, to receive the discounted rate.
Conference Parking
The designated parking location for all State of the Region guests will be lot #129 on Richland Avenue, directly below the Convocation Center. ADA approved parking spaces are available in lot #122 adjacent to Baker University Center.
When entering campus from the round-about on Richland Avenue, after the first light turn left to go beneath the Convocation Center to enter lot #129. Baker University Center is a short walk from the parking lot. You will turn left out lot #129, then continue north along Richland Avenue until you make a right to go through the pedestrian tunnel Baker Center will be ahead of you after you exit. Directional signage will be posted.
