Member Portal
Our Member Portal is where you will find your member profile details, membership expiration, visit history (for 30 days only), status of any purchased sessions, and where you can register for classes or virtual content.
- Log-in by going to wellworks-portal.ohio.edu (opens in a new window)
- Current Ohio University Employees automatically have an account and will use their SSO to log-in (make sure to click on the BLUE BUTTON).
- Non-employees will utilize the “Community” log-in option.
- If you haven’t setup an account, select “SIGN IN” and then “SIGN UP.”
- If you already purchased a membership package in-person at our front desk, please sign up using the email address you utilized during your membership enrollment.
- Ohio University Retirees and Students are considered “Community” members.
- Basic membership package holders can renew your membership on the portal. When your expiration date nears, a "Renewal" option will appear in your profile. You should receive two renewal reminder emails; the first one 7 days prior to expiration and the second one the day before expiration. (Locker renewals and towel service renewals can also be done on the Member Portal.)
- Note: “Not renewable” means it is not within the renewal period window (30 days).
REGISTER FOR CLASSES OR VIRTUAL CONTENT:
Attending a group fitness class? You’ll need to register prior!
- Choose from our library of On Demand resources, virtual check-ins, live on Zoom, or in-person classes by selecting the appropriate tiles on the main page of the Member Portal.
- Most resources are available to members at no additional fee, but you still must put the items in your cart and “check out.” Don’t worry, the system won’t ask you for payment information on those free items - it’s just how we ensure the product (or registration) makes its way to you!
- You’ll receive an email each time you “check out” confirming your registration as a “receipt.”
- If your check-out includes any On Demand or Live on Zoom classes, you’ll receive a separate email containing a link for access.
- You can also find the link to every item for which you register by logging into your account, hovering over your name and clicking “profile” and then selecting “Programs.” Just click on the icon of the video camera.
- Can’t attend and need to cancel your registration? Log into your account and click on the “Cancel Registration” tile. Find the “Program” you need to cancel, click on the three dots to the right, and select “Cancel Registration.” Sorry—we cannot cancel your registrations for you!
- Note: Profiles reset at the beginning of each term (January 1, May 1 and September 1). So, any items for which you register will be removed from your history at the end of each term and you’ll simply need to re-register for it if you loved it!
PURCHASING SERVICES/SESSIONS:
- Choose the appropriate tile on the main page of the Member Portal: Personal training, Massage, Nutrition Counseling, Reiki, Wellness Coaching, etc.
- Select the session type/length of time of your choice. Make sure you “check out” and complete your payment.
- For Nutrition counseling or massage, you will receive a link in which you can book your own appointment. Or you can schedule it by calling our Front Desk 740-593-2093.
- For Personal Training, new clients will need to first fill out the Interest Form and a personal trainer will be in touch with you to schedule your first session. It is recommended to not purchase sessions until you first meet with a trainer. Additional details at:
