One-on-One Counseling
Pricing
- 1-hour initial session: $55 ($25 for OHIO students with valid PID**)
- 30-minute follow-up sessions: $35 ($15 for OHIO students with valid PID*)
Sessions can be purchased online through the WellWorks Member Portal or in person at our Front Desk (Grover Center E124). Anyone can create a free account on the portal to be able to place an online purchase.
*Students must provide their PID# when purchasing their session. Each PID# will be verified and if eligibility cannot be verified, the client's funds will be reimbursed and the client will be asked to purchase a non-student session, instead.

WellWorks offers support to employees, students and community members, regardless of your location. Louise Cruz, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian accommodates both in-person and virtual nutrition counseling appointments.

Scheduling
In order to streamline your counseling experience, clients must first purchase a counseling session before receiving the link to schedule an appointment. The steps for making an online purchase of counseling sessions are provided below. You can also make your purchase in-person at the WellWorks front desk (Grover Center E124, Athens).
To Schedule an Appointment:

Step One
Log In to the Member Portal.
- Employees use Single Sign On.
- Non-employees can create a free account using the "community" sign on feature

Step Two
Purchase your preferred sessions.
Choose from 60-minute initial sessions, 30-minute follow-up sessions and bundles for both students and non-students. Students must show PID at time of appointment.

Step Three
Schedule your appointment.
You will be emailed your purchase receipt and a link to our online scheduling tool. Use this scheduler to select your preferred time.
Sessions default to virtual via Teams. If you prefer to meet in-person (Grover Center Athens), please type "in person" in the notes section of the calendar request.

Sessions are good for one year from the date of purchase, with no extensions, transfers or refunds if we still offer the service. Please review our Policies for additional details about purchasing services from WellWorks.
