Continuing Education
CHEAO serves as the the Continuing Education office for the college
We support the educational needs of a variety of health care providers. This includes the college’s faculty, community physicians in rural and underserved areas of southeast Ohio, alumni, preceptors and clinical faculty in our affiliated hospitals and clinics throughout Ohio. Continuing professional education credit applications are available for physicians as well as appropriate programs for counselors, social workers, psychologists, dietitians, certified health education specialists, and for nursing home administrators and physical therapists.
Continuing Medical Education
The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine is committed to the continuum of education and lifelong learning. This commitment includes serving as an accredited provider of continuing medical education through the American Osteopathic Association.
