Group Fitness

Join our Group Fitness Instructors for a variety of group wellbeing offerings.

WellWorks currently offers a hybrid schedule of virtual and in-person classes. Virtual classes are open to all membership types. A Facility Membership is required for in-person classes. 

About WellWorks Fitness and Wellness Classes

Virtual: Virtual and Facility Members can register for as many Virtual Live Classes or On Demand classes as they wish, with no added fees for any of the Virtual Membership offerings!

In-Person: A Facility Membership is needed to be able to attend our in-person classes (both indoor and outdoor offerings). These classes are offered at no additional fee, but advance registration is required. 

To Register:

  • Log in to your Member Portal, choose the class(es) you wish to register for, and "Check Out."
    • Even though these classes don't cost extra, you must "check out" with your $0 cart to successfully register. You'll then be emailed a direct link to your class.
    • Lost the email? No problem! You can gain access to all of your program registrations in the Member Details section of your portal.
  • Participants can check-in to their class up to 15 minutes before the start time. Instructors will admit participants up until the class begins.
    • Depending on instructor ability, late attendees might not be admitted to a live class if the instructor has already begun. In that case, we encourage you to check out an On Demand class, instead!

Please note: The schedule and instructors are subject to change; substitutes may cover the listed instructor. Check the WellWorks Member Portal for the confirmed instructor on class day. If your regular class isn’t showing up, call the front desk to see if it’s been cancelled.

  • The Summer schedule runs from May 11 - August 16
  • There are no classes on the following dates:
    • May 17 - University wide planned power outage
    • May 25 - Memorial Day
    • June 19 - Juneteenth
    • July 4 - Independence Day
    • TBD - Staff Orientation (Aug 20 OR 21 - TBD)
  • All classes are in Eastern time.
  • A Facility Membership is required for all non-specialty, in-person classes.

  • Reminder: Please bring CLEAN shoes to wear to indoor classes. Shoes that are dirty or wet will not be permitted on our group fitness floors.
