Reiki Appointments Now Available

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that has proven to relieve stress and improve overall wellbeing. Reiki works with a person's energy field to release energy blocks that have built up over time due to stress or illness. 

Over time, Reiki can support the client's ability to manage stress and, in turn, heal their bodies. More than 20% of medical facilities in the Unites States, including Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic, use Reiki as a healing modality. In fact, Ohio State University utilizes Reiki as a tool to support drug rehabilitation.

Private appointments with Louise Cruz, Reiki Master, are now available. Appointments can be made in-person and virtually via Teams (or Zoom, if requested). Additional details about scheduling your appointment are available below.

The practitioner channels the Reiki energy to the client, promoting stress reduction, relaxation, and healing.  It is a gentle yet powerful energy that balances the whole self on every level.  Being in balance promotes healing. 

Everything is made of energy, including us.  Trauma, daily stress, illness, and injury can cause the flow of energy to go stagnant or get blocked.  The life force energy that is Reiki can restore the smooth flow of energy.  Reiki is holistic as it treats the whole person: body, mid and spirit.  It is incredibly relaxing and an amazing stress reliever. 

Reiki supports the body's natural healing ability, helping to release toxins and negative emotions, promoting an amazing sense of wellbeing.  Over time many physical symptoms may fade away.

Because Reiki is energy, it knows no time or space.  This is why distant Reiki works beautifully. The energetic link is just as strong as an in-person session, and the healing is just as powerful.

Step One: Sign in or create an account on our Member Portal. Notes: Creating an account is free and membership is not required. Ohio University employees can sign in to their employee account using SSO. 

Step Two: Navigate to Reiki in the Portal, place an appointment in your cart, and checkout using our secure online payment program. 

Step Three: Check your email for a receipt, which will contain instructions on how to schedule your appointment.
