FAFSA Completion Event
Mark the FAFSA Off Your To-Do List
Join us on Saturday, November 20, 2021, for this special event for high school seniors in Athens and Meigs counties, as well any student considering attending OHIO. You can receive professional assistance completing the 2022-2023 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and learn about financial aid resources.
Completing the FAFSA is the first critical step in applying for financial aid. You and your family can also learn about college life and get your questions answered about applying for admission. Refreshments and gift cards will be provided to attendees!
Please come prepared with your FSA ID. If you and a parent have not already applied for an FSA ID at fsaid.ed.gov, you should do so prior to the event. Bring the following with you to complete the FAFSA:
- Social Security Numbers for student and parents
- 2020 taxes and W-2 forms for student and parents
- Bank statements and records of investments
- Records of untaxed income
- Laptop or other personal device, if available (A limited number of laptops will be available for attendees.)
This free event will take place 12-6 p.m. November 20 at Ohio University in the Baker University Center Ballroom, 23 Oxbow Trail, Athens, OH. We can't wait to see you there!
