OUAA Sanctioned (Level 1) Event Notification Form

The OUAA Sanctioned Event Notification Form informs the OUAA of level 1 events and requests event promotion services from OUAA.

Event notifications must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the event date if marketing/promotional items are requested.

The OUAA will send email invitations/announcements and add the event to the OUAA calendar for promotion. However, the OUAA will not be collecting registration for level 1 events.
