Randy Buck

Randy graduated from Ohio University in 1981 with a BBA in Computer Systems in Business. He is currently a Recruiting Senior Consultant for the Wells Fargo Corporation in Charlotte, NC. Randy started his career with the Ohio Department of Transportation as a programmer in Columbus, OH. He left ODOT and pursued a 13 year IT consulting career with Origin Technology, where he was exposed to various industries and companies. He began as a developer and was promoted up to a Professional Services Manager. In 1996, Randy joined Nationwide Insurance as Recruiting Consultant where he was involved in all aspects of their recruiting efforts. He moved to Charlotte, NC joining Wells Fargo in 1998, where he is active in College Recruiting, Technology Recruiting, and various other recruiting projects such as applicant tracking system, vendor procurement, merger integration, and diversity recruiting.
