Bio
Hui (Jenn) Zhan is a Success Advisor in the College of Business at Ohio University, supporting students in academic planning. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education at Ohio University. She earned a master's degree in Administrative Management and a bachelor's degree in Business Management in China, as well as a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from eCornell University. With over four years of experience in Malaysian higher education consultation services and two years of teaching at a Chinese college, Jenn brings a global perspective to student success.
Her research on employability, industry-college collaboration, and AI ethics has been published in reputable indexed journals. Jenn actively participates in academic conferences, including those organized by the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) and events held in Sri Lanka and Taiwan, fostering insights into higher education and career readiness.
