This program features multiple certificate options: AI in Business, Accounting and Organizations, Business Analytics, Business Analytics Leadership, Business Venturing and Entrepreneurship, Executive Management for Health Care Professionals, Finance, Human Resources Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Strategic Selling and Sales Leadership. Students are required to choose two of these certificates, in addition to the Management & Leadership certificate and capstone experience, to complete their MSM degree.

Coursework is delivered 100% online. However, students in the MSM program are required to attend our on-campus Leadership Development Conference. This two-day learning opportunity allows students to network with their peers, program faculty and alumni in person while attending general business presentations and MSM-specific breakout sessions.
