Professional Experience

Mr. Brown began his legal career as a sole practitioner in 1968. He later joined the firm of Roudebush, Brown & Ulrich in 1971 and in 1986 joined forces with Arter & Hadden. Mr. Brown’s principal area of practice includes close corporations, real estate and immigration. Mr. Brown has received the distinction of being included in the 1997-98 publication The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Brown is an emeritus member of the Ohio University Alumni Board. He is a member of the Cuyahoga County, Greater Cleveland, Geauga County Bar Associations and American Immigration Lawyers associations, Hiram House Camp, the Giles Foundation, President of the Cleveland Green & White Club, the Chagrin Valley Jaycees, Chagrin Valley Art Council, Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce, Chagrin Falls Library Board, Chagrin Valley Recreation Council, Chagrin Falls Village Board of Education and WCPN Public Radio. While a student at Ohio University, Mr. Brown was a member of the varsity wrestling team and Beta Theta Pi.
