Stockroom

The stockroom provides chemicals and supplies for use by the Chemistry & Biochemistry Department in both teaching and research laboratories. The stockroom is the department center for both ordering and receiving, with a large quantity of catalogs used for ordering and reference.

The stockroom is located in the basement of Clippinger Laboratories, Room 079.

It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is also open at other times if the labs are in operation. The stockroom is closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. daily.

The stockroom has an inventory of more than 2,000 different items.

The Stockroom also has copies of MSDS sheets for chemicals in stock. MSDS sheets (opens in a new window) for other chemicals can be found on the web.
