    Bachelor of Science in Education (Early Childhood and Elementary)


    In the Early Childhood and Elementary Education (ECEE) program, you will learn a child-centered approach to educating preschool children age three to grade five. Throughout the program, you will engage in coursework that promotes the importance of nurturing young minds and helping them reach their full potential.

    Bachelor of Science in Education (Middle Childhood)


    Middle school presents new challenges and opportunities for students, both academically, emotionally and physically, as students begin developing into young adolescents. The Middle Childhood Education program at Ohio University Chillicothe will prepare you to help young adolescents in grades four through nine develop conceptual understanding and fluency in various content specializations, as well as the skills and competencies necessary for active and informed citizenship.

    Associate of Applied Science in Child Development


    The education a child receives during the first five years of his or her life is critical to their future development. The Associate of Applied Science in Child Development program at Ohio University Chillicothe will prepare you to work with infants, toddlers and preschoolers in birth to age five to help lay the groundwork that will continue throughout the child’s education.
