Patton College of Education Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Academic Advising

The Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Academic Advising is responsible for overseeing undergraduate recruitment efforts, The Patton College's Professional Advising Center, early field experiences, and professional internships through the Office of Clinical Experiences, student records, and the Upward Bound program.

The assistant dean is a member of OHIO's Assistant Deans Council and the Unit of Education's U-PEP (Unit for the Preparation of the Education Professional) and Assessment Council, as well as the ex-official for The Patton College's Awards Committee. The assistant dean also serves on the Academic Leadership Team and the College Coordinating Council for the college.
