Jordan Osman

Hometown: Medina, Ohio

Expected Graduation: May 2018

Even after choosing Ohio University, Jordan had no idea if it was the right place. He arrived on campus with an open mind and he realized as soon as he stepped foot onto South Green that he was home. Jordan started as a computer science major and has had a passion for the discipline ever since. Jordan believes the faculty are people students can develop unique relationships with and the reason he has enjoyed studying engineering so much.

Outside of class, Jordan is involved with the Association for Computing Machinery, where he meets and discusses interesting topics in computer science. He is also a member of the Singing Men of Ohio and performs at events such as Homecoming weekend and Moms weekend.

When he has free time, Jordan loves to perform at open stage events at Donkey Coffee and The Front Room, and to hike around the greater Athens area. He also enjoys playing the computer game League of Legends.
