Leigh Ann chose to pursue a degree in chemical engineering because of her passion for both science and creating. She decided to attend Ohio University because of its beautiful and inviting campus, and has loved every moment of being a part of the Bobcat family and the Russ College of Engineering and Technology.
Outside of class, Leigh Ann is an active member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, where she is the current president. She is also a member of the Appalachian Cohort for Engineering and has been a mentor to freshman engineering students.
In her free time, Leigh Ann enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with dogs.
