Kim Lutz
Student Success Advisor
Kim earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design at Ohio University and stayed to receive a Master’s in Recreation Management. Kim has a diverse career background as a graphic design instructor at Southwestern Community College in NC, a catalog designer for Brunk Auctions in Asheville, NC, a park ranger at Yellowstone National Park, a whitewater raft guide in North Carolina, and a case manager for at-risk and adjudicated students in Cherokee, NC. Kim continues her love for art with an in-home pottery studio, print-making, painting, graphic design work and playing guitar and stand-up bass in old-time jams. Excited to be back in Athens and working with our diverse Fine Art students, Kim is helping students create their own unique paths.
