High School students are invited to join the Ohio University School of Music for an exciting day of violin workshops and masterclasses, featuring a guest artist, violin faculty, and a student recital.
Featured Visiting Guest Professor:
Kurt Sassmannshaus
Violinist, teacher and conductor, Kurt Sassmannshaus is considered one of today's preeminent violin pedagogues.
He has taught around the world, including master classes in Europe, the United States, Japan, China, and Australia, and has worked in close association with Dorothy DeLay both in Cincinnati and at the Aspen Music Festival and School.
