Kennedy Museum of Art marks 20 years by recounting the story of exhibiting Navajo weavings from its unparalleled Southwest Native American Collection. Highlights of the collection donated to Ohio University by Edwin L. and Ruth E. Kennedy are shown alongside 21st century acquisitions. Over 40 weavings are on display, featuring a First Phase Ute Wearing Blanket, regional styles such as Teec Nos Pos and Two Grey Hills, and significant pictorials, including the last known sandpainting weaving by Navajo hataalii Hosteen Klah.
