Change enablement launched in TDX, ticketing training up next

The change enablement module of TeamDynamix launched on Monday, June 7. All change requests will now be routed through the new system and automatically added to an internal change calendar, with a public change calendar soon to follow. Thanks to all who participated in the training and submitted constructive feedback to make improvements prior to launch. The TeamDynamix Technician Training page includes all training materials, including the live training recording, job aid, and FAQs.
Work on the incident and service request module continues, with training planned to begin on June 28 and an internal OIT launch on July 12. Those who regularly work in Footprints 12 should plan to attend one of three 2-hour live training sessions:
- Monday, June 28 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 30 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, July 1 9-11 a.m.
Please reserve about two hours to watch training videos prior to attending the live session. Anyone who already watched the videos as part of the change enablement training will only need to attend the live training and review any supplemental information on ticketing. Optional Q&A sessions will be offered the week of July 5; dates and times for these sessions will be announced soon.
These enhancements will launch to the campus community on July 26. All campus users will be able to submit and track incident and service request tickets using a form at the public-facing client hub.
