Prepare Proposal

A well-written and skillfully prepared research proposal is crucial to the success of an application for research and scholarly funding. This section provides guidance for developing the various sections of a proposal, including the budget, and explains the proposal review, routing, and approval processes. 

Contact the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) early in the process to ensure your proposal is submitted on-time with the highest level of review possible. ORSP confirms that all university and sponsor requirements are met before a proposal is submitted to the sponsor.
