Capabilities of the equipment:

The FACSAria SORP is equipped with two lasers and is capable of four-way cell sorting based on size, granularity, and/or fluorescent signal. Up to eight colors can be analyzed.

Training/technical help available?

Yes, the technician is available for training and assistance. Once trained, users may acquire data on their own. Cell sorting REQUIRES the presence of the technician.  Please contact the technician to schedule training and usage on the instrument.
