Cody Petitt

The Sustainable Infrastructure Hub is led by Cody Petitt.

Cody Petitt is an assistant professor of instruction in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Russ College of Engineering and Technology at Ohio University.  Cody formerly worked for General Mills Inc. in Wellston, Ohio.  He holds a BS and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University.  He teaches classes in both the mechanical and energy engineering programs focusing on experimental design, mechatronics, leadership, ethics, and safety.  Cody is actively engaged in creating experiential learning opportunities for students and serves as the faculty advisor for SAE Baja, Battle Cats, and ERASe (Engineers Reducing Anxiety, Stress, etc.).
