Logo Request Form

In order to request usage of the Ohio University signature logo for your project, please complete and submit the form below. (If you are a current faculty or staff member with an OHIO ID and need to download a logo for official Ohio University communication purposes, you may download a logo for your needs from our files)

University Communications and Marketing reviews logo requests on Fridays and will provide feedback via email.

Please note: The form below is for requesting use of the primary Ohio University signature logo (the one featuring Cutler Hall).

The "Attack Cat" logo is used for athletics-related purposes only; it may not be used to represent any academic-related Ohio University organization. "The Paw" is an historical mark, no longer used to represent Ohio University or its Athletics program. If you are inquiring about the Attack Cat or the Paw logos, do not complete the form below. Instead, contact Michael Stephens in Ohio University Intercollegiate Athletics at stephem1@ohio.edu.
