Columbus Metro Library's Ready to Read CORPS [2012]

The Columbus Public Library initiated an early literacy program for parents of children, birth to school age called the Ready to Read Corps. The library targeted the program to specific neighborhoods/communities in Columbus to improve readiness for kindergarten. Ohio University's Voinovich School was asked to evaluate the project toward intended short and long term outcomes. This report addresses the first phase of the project through January 2011.
