  • Scholarships for undergraduate Biological Sciences majors

Hiram Roy Wilson and Florence Wilson Scholarship (Biological Sciences)

  • Provides stipends and scholarships to graduate students

The Dr. Ruth Matthewson Scholarship Fund

  • Supports juniors or seniors who are majoring in biology pre-med

The Eisman Family Scholarship

  • Scholarship for undergraduates who are majoring in pre-med

John J. Duffy Memorial Scholarship

  • Scholarship for undergraduate biology majors

The Edward A Sprague Scholarship

  • Scholarship for pre-med students who have financial need, with a preference to students from Southeastern Ohio

Patrick Family Scholarship

  • Supports undergraduate Biology students who have financial need

Research, Conference & Travel Funding

The Robert E. Hunt Marine and Freshwater Biology Fund

  • Supports travel, field research, etc. for juniors and seniors majoring in marine, Freshwater, and conservation biology

Robert F. Rakowski Award for Outstanding Research

  • An award to recognize excellence in research within the Biological Sciences Department by a faculty, post-doctoral fellow, or graduate student
