Wellness Coaching
Your goals are important. Sometimes, though, it can be difficult to organize your values, beliefs, priorities and goals to help you create a strong vision of the direction you need to go next. When you've reached a point in your journey when you could use a little extra support, Wellness Coaching can help you process your thoughts to identify your goals and needs.
The WellWorks Wellness Center currently offers three different avenues for Wellness Coaching. Regardless of which option you choose, Wellness Coaching is ideal for someone looking to dig deep and visualize a path forward as they navigate their goals for this year and beyond.
Begin Your Adventure Wellness Series
This self-guided series is designed by our National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Executive Director of Wellbeing, Jenn Bennett.
Through videos and worksheets, participants will examine their own wellness needs and desires, assess current practices, identify changes they'd like to make and explore next steps.
Pricing:
- Members can access these resources at no additional fee.
- Non-Members can pay a flat rate of $30 for access to this course. A free account on our portal is required to make your purchase.
BEGIN YOUR ADVENTURE SERIES
Professional Staff Wellness Coaching
Speak with a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Your coach will utilize motivational interviewing strategies to help you identify and define goals that support your unique journey.
Pricing:
- Pro-Staff Package - $250 for Pulse, Strategy + Accountability Calls (valued at $275)
- Pro-Staff Pay as you go option

Pre-Professional Staff Wellness Coaching
Support student experiential learning with this option!
You'll speak with one of our student apprentices who have trained under our National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

- Pre-Professional Package - $100 for Pulse, Strategy + Accountability Calls (valued at $135)
- Pre-Pro-Staff Pay as you go option

Wellness Pulse Call
30 minute phone or video call where your coach will discuss the following with you: Lifestyle and health considerations, goals and wellness impact clarity, ensure coaching is the service to best suite your needs moving forward. -

Wellness Strategy Call
60 minute phone or video call where your coach will review and discuss, in detail, your personalized roadmap to wellness including: Multi-faceted wellness approach, how to complete each step, how each step aligns and support your goals. -

Accountability Calls
15 minute weekly follow up conversations. These calls are sold in a pack of 4 and will be utilized for you and your coach to: Discuss implementation of strategy, troubleshoot barriers, micro goal adjustments, and celebrate results!
