Graduation Recognition
It is with great anticipation and excitement that Ohio University Chillicothe welcomes Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 graduates to our annual Graduation Recognition Ceremony. This is a separate event from the formal Spring Commencement Ceremonies held on the Athens campus Friday, May 3 and Saturday May 4.
Date: Thursday, May 2
Check-In: 5 p.m.
Ceremony Begins: 6 p.m.
Place: Shoemaker Center Gymnasium
The Nursing Pinning Ceremony will take place at 3 p.m.
Graduate Spotlights
We will be running posts featuring our graduates on social media throughout the month of May. If you would like to participate, please complete the Qualtrics form below.
Photography
Your guests may take photos during the ceremony, but we ask that they remain seated during the ceremony so as not to disturb other guests who are trying to see their graduate.
A selfie station will be available to get a special shot with a Rufus cutout.
There should be many opportunities to capture a family photo or selfie around the OHIO Chillicothe campus. Be sure to use the hashtag #OHIOChillicotheGrad2024 to share your memories!
Ohio University Commencement
Ohio University will host Undergraduate Commencement at the Convocation Center on 95 Richland Avenue, Athens, Ohio 45701. Students are welcome to attend the Athens event.
