Griffin Braun

Griffin was born and raised in southwest Ohio. He took an interest in civil engineering through engineering immersion classes at his high school. Griffin toured Ohio University and the Russ College and was hooked on the tightknit community of professors and students. Griffin has found his niche in the Civil Engineering community and loves the relationships he has made with the students and staff.
For two summers, Griffin interned with Skanska USA Building, a construction management company from Cincinnati. There, he oversaw the construction of two school buildings and multiple road improvement projects.
Griffin is heavily involved in the Air Force ROTC program at OHIO and upon his graduation, he will be commissioned as a Second Lieutenant to the Air Force and will train to be a pilot. This past summer, Griffin was selected to attend a flight academy to obtain his Private Pilot’s License. He spent his summer at Bowling Green State University doing flight classes and completing the necessary flights to obtain his certificate.
In his free time Griffin likes to golf, cook, and watch the Cincinnati Reds try their best.
