Computer Recommendations

Because you’ll be studying highly technical subjects, we recommend you invest in a laptop computer that exceeds the minimum university computer requirements. For most majors, a laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM, 250G SSD HD and DVD-RW is recommended. A properly configured Dell Latitude E5470, E5570, and E7470 meet the system requirements. 

Windows computers are recommended for most Russ College majors, but the MacBook Pro works equally as well for Electrical Engineering and Computer Science majors. Please note, Engineering Technology and Management students must have a windows computer.
