Schedule a Screening

Notice Regarding Wellness Program

Scheduling your biometric health screening during an on-campus screening event is now easier than ever! Learn about the new scheduling process and get ready to know your numbers, 

Upcoming screening events and step by step scheduling instructions are provided below. 

  • Regional Campus Events

    Regional screening events for Fiscal Year 2024 have passed. 

    Cleveland campus did not host an on-campus screening this year. Instead, we encourage Cleveland campus affiliates to utilize the Physician Screening Form option.

     

    Did you miss your on-campus event? Any regional (or Athens) campus affiliate who has not yet participated in a screening this fiscal year can complete and submit a Physician Screening Form by May 31 to receive the $60 payout (must be enrolled in Virgin Pulse for the payout to process).

  • Athens Campus Screening Events

    Save the dates! Fall 2024 Athens screening events will occur 9am-1pm: 

    • September 19: Baker University Center, 2nd Floor Corridor
    • October 23: Ridges FlexSpace, Building 19, Rooms TBD

    Please note that the above events are scheduled for the upcoming Fiscal Year. If you have not already participated in a screening for the current Fiscal Year (FY24 = July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024), you can attend a regional campus event or submit a Physician Screening Form.

Spouse/Partner emails: 

If you have a spouse or partner on your medical plan, their activation email will be sent to YOUR email (since we do not have access to spouse/partner emails). Please forward that email to your spouse/partner so they may schedule their appointment. 

Didn't receive an email? 

Please note that activation emails for Athens campus affiliates will first launch in August 2024 . If, at that time, you have not received your email, you can complete the Activation Email Request Form (Link to be added shortly).

Note: Comments cannot be used to schedule or adjust appointments.

Troubleshooting

  • Portal Log-In

    To get back to the Portal, use this link: 

    Portal

    a. Select Employer Portal Login.

    b. Input your Username and Password.

  • Change Your Appointment

    To change your appointment after it has been scheduled:

    a. Click the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the left.

    b. Hit ‘cancel’ and confirm appointment cancellation.

    c. It can take up to three minutes for the schedule to reset.

    d. You can now follow the instructions above to select a new appointment.

  • Update Your Email

    To Confirm/Update Your Email

    a. Click on the 3 bars in the top left corner by your name and select “Settings” from the menu.

    b. Update email to desired email address. (Appointment confirmation/ reminder and password reset will come to the email you enter.)

    c. Click the “Submit” button to save.
