Scheduling your biometric health screening during an on-campus screening event is now easier than ever! Learn about the new scheduling process and get ready to know your numbers,

  • Regional Campus Screening Events

    April 16:

    • Chillicothe: Bennett Hall Art Gallery (101 University Drive, Chillicothe OH 45601)
    • Lancaster: Brasee Hall Gymnasium (1570 Granville Pike, Lancaster OH 43130)

    April 17:

    • Southern: Collins Center 168 (1804 Libertyy Ave, Ironton OH 45638)

  • Athens Campus Screening Events

    For Fiscal Year 24: Fall 2024 Athens screening events have passed. 

    For Fiscal Year 25: Fall 2025 screening events will be announced in summer 2025. 

     

    Weren't able to attend an on-campus event? Athens and regional campus affiliates are able to participate in a health screening through May 2025 by scheduling a screening appointment with their physician and then submitting a Physician Screening Form.

Registered Users: How to Schedule a Screening Appointment

Follow these instructions if you have previously activated your account on the OhioHealth portal using your unique activation code. Haven't yet activated? Follow the New User Scheduling Instructions below.

If you activated your portal account last year for the onsite Biometric Screening events with OhioHealth, you already have an account and can log in to the Portal and select "Portal Login".

Log In to the Portal 

Upon logging in, you may be prompted to reset your password (required every 6 months).

  • If you don’t remember the current username or password, you may by prompted enter a zip code, please use the employer’s zip code (45701)
  • Also, you may need to update a PIN Code to reset the passwordThis is part of the verification process.

New Users: How to Schedule a Screening Appointment

Use these instructions if you have not previously activated your account.

If you (or your spouse) did not participate in an onsite screening between April and October 2024, you likely don’t have an activated account. In this case, you’ll need to activate an account before scheduling a screening. You’ll be able to link and find your personal Portal Activation Code through the OhioHealth Portal Activation Email. 

Spouse/Partner emails: 

If you have a spouse or partner on your medical plan, their activation email will be sent to YOUR email (since we do not have access to spouse/partner emails). Please forward that email to your spouse/partner so they may schedule their appointment. 

Didn't receive an email? 

Regional campus affiliates received activation emails in Spring 2024 and, in 2025, unregistered users will receive activation emails on February 14, 2025.  If you are a regional campus affiliate and you have not received your email by 1:30pm EST on February 14, you can complete the Activation Email Request Form.

 

Please note that activation emails for Athens campus affiliates will not be sent in the spring semester. They were sent on September 3, 2024.

If no appointments appear in the drop-down menu, it means that all appointments for that date have already been scheduled. You can email cadmus@ohio.edu to inquire if additional appointments will be opened up for that date.

Note: Comments cannot be used to schedule or adjust appointments.

Troubleshooting

  • Portal Log-In

    To get back to the Portal, use this link: 

    Portal

    a. Select Portal Login.

    b. Input your Username and Password.

  • Change Your Appointment

    To change your appointment after it has been scheduled:

    a. Click the ‘My Appointments’ tab on the left.

    b. Hit ‘cancel’ and confirm appointment cancellation.

    c. It can take up to three minutes for the schedule to reset.

    d. You can now follow the instructions above to select a new appointment.

  • Update Your Email

    To Confirm/Update Your Email

    a. Click on the 3 bars in the top left corner by your name and select “Settings” from the menu.

    b. Update email to desired email address. (Appointment confirmation/ reminder and password reset will come to the email you enter.)

    c. Click the “Submit” button to save.
