Paige Musselman appointed to the position of Executive Assistant

Ohio University Libraries is pleased to announce the appointment of Paige Musselman to the position of Executive Assistant, effective date March 31, 2025.

In this role, Musselman will provide high-level administrative support to the Dean of Libraries, including assisting visitors, customers and staff; preparing documents, reports and presentations; managing the Dean’s calendar; managing meeting logistics and technology; organizing and maintaining information; scheduling and supporting travel; and analyzing data.

Musselman currently serves as an Administrative Services Associate in Transportation and Parking Services at Ohio University, where she supervises a team of 15 students in providing customer service to Ohio University departments and guests to the University, represents the department at public engagements and performs a wide variety of administrative duties.

Previously, Musselman worked as the Curator of Collections at the Southeast Ohio History Center, where she gained valuable experience working in collections and creating exhibits. Musselman also gained administrative experience as a technical advisor at the South Carolina Department of Transportation assisting minority and small businesses in understanding the department's policies and standards for compliance.

In May 2013, Musselman earned her Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilizations from Ohio University, and in 2014, she completed the requirements for a Museum Studies Certificate from Ohio University.  In 2012, 2013 and 2015, she also attended Poggio Civitate, a field school in Tuscany, Italy, through the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
