Ohio University President M. Duane Nellis has announced plans to honor the institution’s 2020 graduates with an in-person commencement ceremony on September 5, 2021.
Approximately 5,344 students are expected to participate in Ohio University’s Spring Commencement ceremonies starting Friday, April 30 through Sunday, May 2, at Peden Stadium and virtually.

Celebrate OHIO graduates
The virtual ceremony for Ohio University’s Fall Commencement will be held on Saturday Dec. 12, 2020 at 2 p.m. To receive regalia by the virtual ceremony date, orders should be placed by Nov. 20.
Ohio University announced today that Dr. Purba Das, associate professor in communication studies at OHIO’s Southern Campus, will be the 2020 Fall Commencement speaker.
