Conference Services has a strong tradition in offering memorable experiences, creative solutions, excellent customer service and will work hard to be the one-stop-shop for all conference needs.

Conference and Event Services is an official One-Stop-Shop Certified venue. When working with our office you receive one contact, one contract and one bill for all services. Ohio University is one of 55 institutions across the country with this distinction. 

Virtual Conferences

Conference and Event Services features a highly skilled in-house production team to produce your virtual conference. Ohio University utilizes the Microsoft Teams platform for all virtual events. Your virtual conference can include live events, pre-recorded sessions, breakout sessions, meetings, and social hours. Comprehensive Coordination

This all-encompassing package guides you through each step of the conference planning process. Our conference team assists with conference logistics such as overnight accommodations, event and classroom space, catering and meals, parking and technology, in addition to adding those personal touches that make each event personal and special to those in attendance. Comprehensive coordination is an excellent option for those who would like to focus on the curriculum of the event and leave the conference planning to the experts.

Support and Management

This conference package is perfect for internal campus partners who are familiar with our space or external users who have previously hosted events at OHIO. This package allows users to coordinate their own event logistics but offers our assistance with overnight accommodations and space reservation. We will work with you to determine how we can best support and execute your conference vision. As a trusted campus partner, we can collaborate to leverage campus resources to ensure a cost-effective solution.

Registration and Reporting

Ohio University Conference Services offers an online registration system. Through this system, we are able to collect necessary contact information and payments from attendees and send reports to the conference coordinators as needed. Those who utilize our registration only service, plan on taking care of the conference logistics and details themselves without the assistance of Ohio University Conference Services.
