See You at WellWorks

The purpose of the See You at WellWorks campaign is to encourage growth of the WellWorks membership base while continuing to foster a safe and effective environment for people to live their adventures. 

The campaign is operating in multiple modes, to be able to ensure benefits are available to all groups within the Ohio University employee community:

  • We're encouraging current members to share their experience with our services by referring friends and colleagues to our space (both virtually and in-person) and, in turn, they will be entered into raffles for well-being prizes. 
  • Non-members are being given the opportunity to test out WellWorks by taking advantage of one of two membership deals:
    • 1 Week Free Membership ($15 value)

    • First payment waived when enrolling in Direct Debit ($24 value)

       

 

Current Members

Current members are encouraged to refer friends and colleagues to WellWorks. Now through June 30, any current member who refers an individual that takes advantage of one of our two membership deals will be entered into a drawing for one of several well-being door prizes. 

Members can pick up a hard copy Referral Slip from the WellWorks front desk (Grover Center E124, Athens) or use the online referral form.

    This is an excellent option for Ohio University employees (and their spouses/partners) interested in checking out WellWorks' offerings before committing to the 100 Day Challenge.

  • To take advantage of this option, stop by the WellWorks front desk (Grover Center E124, Athens) or select "Free Week" in the Memberships section of our Member Portal and use code "7FREE" at checkout. Pro Tip: After you click on the "1 Week" banner, you can select your membership start date before adding to your cart.  

    Note: Ohio University employees must utilize SSO to log-in to the Member Portal.

    Enroll in Direct Debit and WellWorks will waive the initial payment ($24 value). 

    This is an excellent option for Ohio University employees (and their spouses/partners) who already feel up for taking on the 100 Day Challenge.
