Undergraduate Business Majors

Ohio University's College of Business goes beyond traditional group projects and internships to connect students with a wide variety of experiences outside of the classroom, from student-run businesses such as the Southern Ohio Copperheads summer baseball league to selective experience-based programs such as the Schey Sales Centre and the Student Equity Management Group. OHIO students manage real portfolios on Wall Street on behalf of the Ohio University foundation and can be working major events like the Super Bowl and the Ryder Cup. International opportunities such as our Global Consulting Program prepare students to lead in an increasingly globally-connected world.

The College of Business offers small class sizes so that faculty can focus on your personal development. In fact, our average class size in core business classes is 35 students.

Associate Degree Option

Business Management Technology

The College of Business also offers an Associate in Applied Business degree, in Business Management Technology - through our regional campuses as well as a fully-online degree option.

The Business Management Technology (BMT) associate degree offers a balance of theory and practice suitable for students interested in careers in supervision. Courses offered take a management approach to the functional areas of business operations including human resource management, marketing, operations, supervision, planning, and distribution.
