• Student course evaluation data (all student course evaluations should be included)
• Teaching reviews and statements from colleagues who have observed the faculty member in the classroom and/or reviewed classroom materials for consideration
• Teaching awards
• Collaborative efforts related to teaching
• Pedagogical works disseminated
• Other items that are deemed by the faculty member to be relevant
