Clery Crime Log
The Ohio University Police Department (OUPD) maintains a Daily Crime Log, which is written in an easily understood format and describes the nature of the crime, the date the crime was reported, the date and time the crime occurred, and the general location of the crime and disposition of the complaint. OUPD enters or updates reports within two business days of receiving the information.
The daily crime log includes crimes reported on the Athens campus Clery geography. For reported crimes occurring at Ohio University Regional and Extension campuses, contact the Dean’s office at those locations.
A physical daily crime log can be viewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at OUPD, located at 118 Ridges Circle Drive, Building 13 Suite 100, Athens, OH 45701.
