Anthem to Mail New ID Cards

Anthem is distributing new medical identification cards to all enrolled Ohio University faculty and staff. Please present your new card to your provider at your next visit.
Cards were mailed this week to the member’s home address. The envelope will include the Anthem logo.
Your ID card is always available on the Anthem Anywhere app. When you go to the doctor, just pull up your card on the app. It works just like the physical ID card!
Dental ID cards were not distributed unless a change was made during the annual open enrollment period.
