Human Resources is excited to welcome Kroger back to the Athens Campus to offer an Immunization Clinic for flu, pneumonia and Covid-19 (if available) vaccinations. Exhibitors will also be on hand from various Ohio University departments, approved retirement providers and other groups to provide resources and information.
Registration is now available for Ohio University employees interested in attending the OHIO Faculty and Staff Resource Fair and Immunization Clinic.

IMMUNIZATIONS
Kroger Pharmacy will be offering free immunizations to employees covered by the University’s Anthem/CVS Caremark insurance plans.

Influenza (Flu) [PDF]
Versions of this vaccine available:- Fluzone Quad/ Flubok
Available to all employees
- Fluzone HD
Available to those 65 years and older
- Fluzone Quad/ Flubok
- Pneumonia (PCV20) -Prevnar 20 [PDF]
Available for ages 19+ for patients with weakened immunity as a single dose or one year after Pneumovax 23 if never received Prevnar 13
- Covid-19 (if available)
NOTE: Kroger will offer Covid-19 vaccinations if they are able to obtain an adequate supply. Anyone getting a Covid-19 vaccine will need to bring their CDC Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card. New cards will be provided to those getting their 1st dose of any Covid-19 vaccine.
WHAT TO BRING
To expedite the process of receiving your vaccination(s), wear short sleeves and bring the following with you to the Resource Fair/ Immunization Clinic:
- Completed Kroger Vaccine Consent Form [PDF]
- CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (If receiving a Covid vaccination)
- CVS Caremark Prescription Card
You will need to provide your CVS Caremark ID card to obtain immunizations. A CVS Caremark app(opens in a new window) is available for download. This will provide a digital ID card as well as access to your prescription coverage. You are encouraged to register at www.caremark.com(opens in a new window) which also allows you to view /download your prescription card. If you have questions you may call the number on the back of your card, 1-888-964-0089.
