Community Food Pantry 

In partnership with the Southeast Ohio Foodbank

Community Health Programs is proud to partner with the Southeast Ohio Foodbank, regional growers, and producers to aid in addressing food insecurity in our southeast Ohio communities. Pre-registration through FreshTrak is encouraged but not required for our monthly choice pantries.

• Tuesday, December 17 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Can't make it to the pantry? You can designate someone as your proxy to pick up food for you and your family. Download the form here!

Please note: Parking at the Heritage Community Clinic is limited, and pantry clients are encouraged to come at 5 p.m. or later. Also, we are unable to serve members of the public prior to 5 p.m. on our mass distribution days. If you are unable to join us at the pantry, please send a proxy with a signed note, your current address, and a copy or photo of your ID. Thank you for understanding!
