Membership in the Society of Alumni and Friends is open to all, including agencies, societies, and organizations that have demonstrated an interest in the College. Society of Alumni and Friends Board of Directors
The Society of Alumni and Friends is governed by a board of elected volunteers who work year-round to enhance the reputation and reach of the college, guided by our mission and vision:
The mission of the Society of Alumni and Friends is to inform, engage and serve current and future alumni and friends of Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The Society of Alumni and Friends is whole when every alumnus is connected to the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The board’s purpose is threefold: to serve and support the college by providing advice and support to leadership; inform and engage current and future alumni and friends of the college; and support philanthropic initiatives aimed at keeping the college affordable for future generations. Our board members are trusted representatives of the Heritage College of Medicine and a positive example of servant leadership.
